Refund policy
We have a 30-day return request policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days all transactions are final. All manufacture specifications supersede listings on stereoinstalls.com. All manufacture warranties, terms and conditions apply and the customer is responsible for the process and cost to return the items to manufacture for their return process.
Returnable items will be charged a 30% return fee, There are no exceptions for fit or performance. We will be happy to demonstrate equipment or help answer product questions prior to your purchase. Delivered items in the customer possession are the customers financial responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and have remained in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the receipt and pictures of the item with return request.
Installed, Open, Used or any other conditions than original is not returnable at all. Any discrepancys in this will need to be in Stereo Installs Possession and 30% return fee applies

Upon an accepted return: you will need to safely repack and ship at your cost via USPS, FEDEX or UPS shipping services. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon a denied return: you will be notified of the return conditions. We will help you with manufacture returns process for the quickest resolution where available.
Please remember that by possessing and withholding the items or payments is against the law. Any charge back requests will require a 30% restock and the item to be returned at your cost with or with out approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours for damage claims. Outside 24 hours no guarantee or return exceptions will be made. This relates to damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) SIX Series and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
